3. Order & Project Changes

If you wish to modify a project scope, please contact our support team immediately. We guarantee changes only if requested at least 24 hours before a scheduled deployment or consultation phase. Once a project phase is 'assigned to production', no changes can be accepted without a new agreement.

4. Cancellation Policy

Consultancy sessions can normally be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Once a project milestone has commenced or resources have been allocated ('assigned to production'), cancellations may not be possible or may incur fees.

5. Payment Terms

Our secure checkout system adheres to industry standards. However, bank-related payment failures may occur. We are not responsible for delays in service delivery caused by failed payments or inability to contact you via provided details.

6. Service Delivery & Liability

We strive to meet all project deadlines. However, we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to network outages, cyber-attacks, industrial disputes, or natural disasters.

We shall have no liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our consultancy services or software solutions.
